Payment
It is important that we collect payment in full at the time of service. This keeps administrative and bookkeeping costs down. If you are unable to pay our fees in full at each visit, please discuss this with us at the time of your first visit and we will offer you a payment plan. It is our policy to help patients get well and to work with you regarding financial needs.

Insurance
We are currently providers with the BlueCross/ BlueShield family of insurance companies. If you’re a BCBS policy holder, we can check your benefits to ascertain if they include acupuncture coverage. Please call us and we’ll take down the information we will need to speak with BCBS and determine your coverage.

We are not in-network providers with any other insurance company but if you have out-of-network benefits for acupuncture we can provide you with the means to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

In order to find out if your policy covers Acupuncture, call your insurance company and ask them to send you a copy of their regulation regarding Acupuncture. Many insurance companies do not give the correct information over the phone. Some companies limit the number of visits, or will cover Acupuncture only for certain conditions. Sometimes they say they do not cover Acupuncture, yet they will if your physician recommends it. If you have any questions or problems regarding reimbursement for our services, please let us know.
