Acupuncture Healing New Jersey, Acupuncture Needle
Acupuncture is the use of very fine sterile needles inserted at specific points of the body so as to rebalance the internal environment, re-establish homeostasis, and thus treat disease.
In 1986, upon returning to the U.S. after living and studying in China, Peter Kadar founded the Acupuncture Center of New Jersey (ACNJ) as a solo practice in a small office on Elm Street in Morristown. It was one of the first acupuncture offices in New Jersey. ACNJ has grown considerably since that time, moving to our present location in 1994 and expanding to a staff of five experienced acupuncturists who represent the wide range of training, styles and techiniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our Morristown location is a lovely, welcoming office in a charming 100-year-old Victorian house on a very attractive street of old homes and large trees one block from the main street in Morristown.
We have chosen to be in a house instead of a medical building because we wish to offer a warm, “family style” environment to our patients. Comfort, peace, relaxation and feeling cared for is a very important characteristic of our Center. We are easily accessible from Interstate 287 and many other highways, as Morristown is the hub of North Central New Jersey. We have ample parking for our patients.
Come visit us! We have helped thousands of patients and we look forward to meeting you! We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and to introduce you to this time-honored healing tradition that is Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
